CANCELLATION POLICY
To book an appointment, I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Here’s what you need to know: • Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem! Just let me know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust my schedule. • Late cancellations: • If you cancel within 48 hours, we’ll charge a $50 fee to the card on file. • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you’re a no-show, we’ll charge the full amount for your booked service. • Running late? I totally understand—life happens! But if you’re more than 15 minutes late, I might not be able to get to everything you planned. In that case, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
